Our 60-day money-back guarantee
We believe in Bloom. Enough to put our money where our mouth is.
If you try Bloom and don't feel a difference within 60 days of your purchase date, we'll refund your order in full. No forms. No questionnaires. No "did you take it every day?" interrogation. You email us, we refund you. That's it.
Here's how it works:
- Email us at support@goodgutsgirl.com within 60 days of your original purchase date.
- Include your order number (found in your confirmation email or your account page).
- We process your refund within 5 business days. No return shipment required.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
What's covered
- One-time purchases — all pack sizes (1-pack, 2-pack, 3-pack) are covered by the 60-day guarantee.
- First subscription order — your first subscription shipment is covered. If Bloom isn't for you, cancel your subscription and request a refund within 60 days of that first delivery.
- Subsequent subscription orders — subscription renewals beyond the first order are not eligible for the 60-day guarantee. You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your account page or by emailing us.
What's not covered
- Orders placed more than 60 days ago.
- Products purchased from unauthorised third-party sellers (only orders placed directly through goodgutsgirl.com are eligible).
- Shipping costs on non-subscription orders (the $5.99 flat rate is non-refundable). Free shipping orders receive a full product refund.
- Gift card purchases.
Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged, opened, or defective, please email us at support@goodgutsgirl.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged product or packaging
We'll send a free replacement right away — no return needed.
Wrong item received
If you received the wrong product, email us at support@goodgutsgirl.com with your order number and a photo. We'll ship the correct item immediately at no cost.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no penalties, no fees, no guilt. Here's how:
- Self-service: Log into your account at goodgutsgirl.com, go to "Manage Subscriptions," and click "Cancel."
- Email: Send us a note at support@goodgutsgirl.com and we'll cancel it within 24 hours.
Please cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment. If you're charged after requesting cancellation, email us and we'll refund that charge in full.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different pack size, please place a new order and request a refund on the original — we'll process both quickly.
