Email us at support@goodgutsgirl.com within 60 days of your order date with your order number. That's it. You don't need to return the pouch, fill out forms, or explain yourself. We'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Why 60 days?

Probiotics typically take 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use to show results. A 30-day window isn't enough time to genuinely evaluate the product — 60 days is. We're confident enough in bloom to give you that time risk-free.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email support@goodgutsgirl.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time — no commitments, no cancellation fees. Cancellations take effect before your next billing cycle. Individual subscription orders are covered by the same 60-day guarantee.
