Rates

- Orders over $40: FREE standard shipping
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
Order issues
If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then email us at support@goodgutsgirl.com — we'll make it right.
Address changes
Need to change your shipping address? Email support@goodgutsgirl.com as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before the order ships.
