Domestic shipping (United States)

We ship all orders from our US-based fulfilment centre. Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing. After that, here's what to expect:

Standard shipping

  • Delivery: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Cost: $5.99 flat rate
  • Free on all orders over $40

Subscription orders

  • Free standard shipping on every subscription order — no minimum, no threshold, no exceptions.

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@goodgutsgirl.com.

Processing times

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods (product launches, sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll always keep you updated via email if there's a delay.

International shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We're working on expanding to additional countries and will announce availability on our website and social media channels.

Shipping issues

My package shows delivered but I haven't received it. Please check with neighbours, your building's front desk, or any safe spots where the carrier may have left the package. If you still can't locate it after 48 hours, contact us at support@goodgutsgirl.com and we'll help sort it out.

My package arrived damaged. We're sorry about that. Please email us at support@goodgutsgirl.com with a photo of the damaged package and product within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

I entered the wrong shipping address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us immediately at support@goodgutsgirl.com and we'll do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.
